In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored and in effect as of August 18th, 2017. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Remember your appointment time is reserved exclusively for YOU!
Cancellation Policy – 24 hour advance notice is required
When changing or cancelling an appointment, please give us at least a 24 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the amount of the service to your credit card on file. If you do not have a card on file due to a pre-paid session, you will forfeit one of your prepaid sessions.
Gift Certificates: If you have a gift certificate and cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the gift certificate will become null and void.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without calling will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full payment of your missed appointment to your card on file. Any future sessions will require pre-payment to book an appointment. If this occurs with a pre-paid session, your session will be forfeited. If this occurs with a package session, the session will be forfeit.

Fee Waived
We will waive the fee when someone cancels in less than 24hrs if we are able to rebook the time slot with equal or getter value of the canceled session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Liability Waiver
Your massage therapist must be made aware of your known medical conditions and physical limitations. List all medical conditions and limitations on your intake form, and inform your therapist of any changes in your physical health. When booking a session, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make other claims of any kind against Alexander Ramirez, LMT / Divine Touch Massage LLC, or any other massage therapist employed at Divine Touch Massage LLC for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Client Confidentiality and Records
All intake forms, medical notes and conversations with Divine Touch Massage LLC are held in strict confidentiality within the guidelines of Florida State Law.
We want to thank clients in advance for adhering to our policies and a special thank you to those that tip their therapist when they cancel in less than 24hours. The gratuity is a big part of their income.
